I recently purchased a vehicle out of state from Mercedes-Benz of Los Angeles, and the dealership completely failed to correctly execute the title and registration paperwork. After 150 days, my lien holder still did not have the title with their lien recorded, and they were threatening to increase my rate because of the delay. It was an incredibly stressful and frustrating experience.
