These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by VRT Services Inc. (“VRT Services,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our services, visiting our office, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

 

1. Company Status and DMV Partnership

VRT Services Inc. is a privately owned and operated company licensed by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) as a DMV Business Partner. We are not a government agency and are not the California DMV. As a delegated partner, we are authorized to perform select DMV‑related transactions on behalf of the DMV, but we operate independently and set our own service fees.

 

2. Scope of Services

VRT Services provides a range of transportation‑related services, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle registration and renewal

  • Title transfers and duplicate titles

  • Permits, tax processing, and authority filings

  • Fleet management services

  • Other DMV‑related services permitted under our Business Partner agreement

Service availability may vary based on DMV regulations, system access, and documentation provided by the customer.

 

3. Service Fees

Our service fees are separate from and in addition to any fees charged by the California DMV or other government agencies. All fees are due at the time services are rendered. Fees are non‑refundable once a transaction has been processed, submitted, or initiated, except where required by law.

 

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure accurate and timely processing, customers agree to:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information

  • Submit all required documents in a timely manner

  • Review all paperwork before submission

  • Notify us promptly of any errors or changes

VRT Services is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent information provided by the customer.

 

5. Processing Times and Limitations

Processing times may vary based on DMV system availability, regulatory requirements, and workload. While we strive to complete transactions promptly, we cannot guarantee specific processing timelines. VRT Services is not liable for delays caused by the DMV, government systems, or circumstances beyond our control.

 

6. No Legal or Professional Advice

Information provided by VRT Services—whether in person, by phone, or online—is for general informational purposes only. We do not provide legal, tax, or professional advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals for guidance on legal or regulatory matters.

 

7. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information provided through our services and website. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error‑free, current, or complete. Customers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all documents before submission.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • VRT Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

  • We are not responsible for DMV decisions, delays, system outages, or actions taken by government agencies.

 

9. Refund Policy

Service fees are non‑refundable once work has begun or a transaction has been submitted. DMV fees are subject to DMV policies and cannot be refunded by VRT Services. Refund requests will be evaluated in accordance with applicable laws and our internal policies.

 

10. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions—is the property of VRT Services Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

12. Third‑Party Links and Services

Our website or services may include links to third‑party websites or tools. VRT Services is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third‑party sites. Accessing third‑party services is at your own risk.

 

13. Termination of Services
